We welcomed one of Heather’s puppies to our family in November, 2019 and it was the best experience. The pup, Louise (“Lou”), was part of a surprise for our kids and followed the loss of our sweet 12 year old Bernese Mtn Dog over a year prior. Heather was so awesome to work with. A friend who knew we were ready for a dog again forwarded the Richardville Hunde site to me. From the initial contact Heather was responsive and answered all of our questions about the breed, their temperament, grooming, care, etc. Her knowledge of the Bernese matched what we had learned in the 12 years we cared for ours. And it was so great to have that comparison as we learned about the Bernedoodle and whether or not it would be the right fit.

We had our sights on a pup in one of her current litters at the time and she helped us confirm that the puppy was also a good match for our family, lifestyle and personalities. Even sharing some videos as we weren’t able to come and visit as they live 5+ hours away. Through that process we got to know more about how she cares for the pups and how her sweet kiddos are so involved with them, which was AMAZING as we have three kids of our own. Lou was well equipped to deal with kids from day one.

Heather arranged to meet us in the Twin Cities to pick Lou up and we finally got to meet her, her kids and a few other pups from the litter face to face.

But the best part of our experience is what happened after we brought our sweet Lou home. Heather has been so engaged with our transition. We had an unexpected issue pop up with Lou (she is 100% fine now!) and Heather and I shared tears, notes between our vets to troubleshoot and finally joy when all was resolved. Heather is so committed to what she does with these dogs, has high integrity and has such a caring heart!

We love our Lou and are so grateful to have found Heather and her Richardville Hunde pups!

I got a male puppy from Heather last September. She was kind enough to deliver him right to my door and I live in the twin cities. I felt like I already knew my puppy because Heather was so good about sending pictures and updates about my puppy before I got him. My husband and I are 60 year old empty nesters. This dog has been a huge blessing to us. He was potty trained in a few weeks. He is the most affectionate dog I have ever owned. He is intelligent, well mannered and a very healthy dog. He has no bad habits. He is our constant companion. He has a wonderful disposition. He is playful but also very laid back. He is an amazing companion. Every one who meets him loves him. He is great with adults, kids and other animals. He has changed our whole lives. We highly recommend this breed and breeder!!

can’t say enough good things about these wonderful people! Heather is so kind, and was amazing to work with! We got our pup in November, and she has the best temperament and was a breeze to train. She has been such a great addition to our family. She does not shed, which is amazing. Zoey has been so great with kids as well, and I think that’s due to the puppies being around Heather’s kids for the first 8 weeks. They also made a trip to Minneapolis with the puppies to pick up, which was so convenient! t’s very obvious that Heather and her husband are passionate about these dogs. Heather has consistently checked in with how Zoey is doing, and loves getting pictures and updates. She responds quickly and has always been there to answer any questions we had. We had a question about a procedure for our pup, and she reached out to her vet and other breeder friends to get us the info we needed to make the best decision. After working with her, I would not consider getting another dog anywhere else. If you are looking for a bernedoodle, I highly recommend going through Richardville Hunde!

We absolutely loved working with Heather and had the BEST experience with Richardville Hunde. I cannot say enough great things about Heather and her family. She is amazing, her kiddos are the cutest, the whole family loves on the puppies daily, and the overall process was flawless.

We got our sweet little puppy in May and she has been amazing!! Our puppy (Mabel) got so much love and attention at Richardville Hunde which helped her adjust super easily to our home and to all of our little nieces and nephews. She is super social and loves to meet new people wherever we go!
